On Wednesday 23rd March, 4 months after the Trust was formed, Les Sparks the chair signs the documentation to form a company – which was the first stage in setting up a registered Charity.
The board then started the application to apply to the Charity commission to register that company as a charitable company. That second stage will prove more challenging as we seek to define the Charitable objectives in line with the Charity Commission. Once complete The Chamberlain Highbury Trust will then formally be a charity and the real work can begin!
