EVENT: Heritage Fruit Tree Grafting Workshops

The Highbury (also known as Highbury Hall) apple and pear pergola was commissioned by Joseph Chamberlain over 110 years ago. The pergola has managed to survive for this long through a combination of luck and love. The trees in it are now in their very late years, therefore, it is planned that we will take cuttings from those still existing to propagate on-site, allowing the trees to be replaced at a later date.
You are invited to join Let’s Grow Together with the re-grafting task and to learn the skill of bench grafting. You are welcome to attend as many or as few of the four separate sessions listed as you choose. Please email or text to book: 07895 692446 / rob@letsgrowtogether.org.uk
